A meal without meat isn’t a meal. There is no balanced food without meat, this is what meat-lovers asserts. Pork is undoubtedly present in all culinary habits from all over the world. From the chinese famous cantonese barbecued pork to the American pork ribs, there is a myriad of possibilities to cook pork. It depends on the pork cut you want to cook.
Pork chops are one of the most common pork cut served. Do you know how to cook baked pork chops easily ? Many recipes present seasoned pork chops with vegetables and a salad dressing. Other focus on the stuff. There are different chops :

- 6 pork chops
- 2 tblspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tblspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tblspoon soy sauce
- 2 tblspoons ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.
- Place pork chops in a medium baking dish, and spread with 1/2 the sauce.
- Bake pork chops 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn, and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking 30 minutes.

WHICH SAUCE TO BREAD THE PORK CHOPS ?
With corn bread stuffing : Pork chops may be baked with a mixture of milk, egg and corn bread stuffing as well. When the pok is ready for cooking, prepare the sauce : mix eggs and milk, they spray the mixture on each side of the chops and put the chops on aluminium covered with corn bread stuffing. Turn chops over. Bake at 425 d. F for 20 minutes. Flip the chops over after 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and put on a plate.
With bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley : Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and chopped parsely. Mix eggs and milk. Put chops in the eggs and milk mixture, turn over, and put chops then on the crumbs mixture. Turn over. Bake chops.
With crushed crackers : It is also possible to use crushed crackers instead of bread crumbs. Use the same method, mix eggs and milk, put the chops in the mixture, turn over, and put the chops on crushed crackers. Turn over. Bake.
With panko crumbs, grated parmesan cheese and chopped paprika : Cook the chopped paprika in a frying pan with 1teaspoon oil, cook for 10 minutes at a medium heat level. Remove paprika, put them on a paper towel, add to panko crumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Mix eggs and milk. Put the chops in the egg and milk mixture, then put them on the crumbs mixture. Turn over. Bake
There are many possibilities to cook breaded pork chops. Crumbs are what gives the crusty aspects when you eat breaded chops. The best advice is to add chopped onion or paprika for more flavour.
Garlic powder or pepper also have a strong taste ; so don’t hesitate to use them instead of onions.
HOW TO STUFF PORK CHOPS ?
A stuffed pork chop is another possible and very savory method to bake pork chops.
You need to cut a small part into the side of the pork loin chop to create a pocket in which you will stuff savoury ingredients. It is possible to use a mixture of cooked vegetables with cheese.
The ingredients you need : for 4 pork chops : 4 slices of American cheese + 6 spoons baked vegetables (pepper, onions, spinaches, aubergines etc.), pesto and nuts
Preparation : Cut vegetables in thin slices and cook in a frying pan 5 to 7 minutes at a medium heat level with vegetable oil. Remove vegetables, put them in a bowl. Add 1teaspoon pesto, thin slices of american cheese and crushed nuts. The mixture is ready to be spooned into pockets. Use picks on the edges to keep the mixture inside. Use the same method as before to have breaded pork chops. They are rubbed with a mixture of herbs (oregano, thyme) and crumbs before they are baked at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.

The filling is made up with chopped garlic, spinaches, black pepper, italian seasoning (optional) and spicy italian ham (capocollo). Stuff pork with ham is enhances the taste and flavor of the baked chop. Spices or herbs are added to it, so there nothing more succulent to eat !
The ingredients :
- 4 thick pork chops
- 2 chopped garlic
- 1 bag spinaches
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
- ¼ pound diced italian ham
- ¼ pound sliced cheese (italian cheese)
- 1 egg
- 2 tblspoon olive oil
First step : Cut garlic and spinaches in thin slices. Cook them 1 to 2 minutes in a fried pan with 1 tblspoon oil. Mix regularly. Add half of salt, half of pepper (and the italian seasoning if you want it), mix. When spinaches are wilted, remove the mixture into a bowl. Wait a few minutes and add sliced ham, cheese and egg. Mix.
Second step : Cut half of the chop horizontally and stuff each chop with the stuffing. Use picks to keep the filling inside.
Third step : The oven must be ready for cooking (preheat to 375 d F). You need to cook the chops 2 minutes in a frying pan with 1 tblspoon oil. Turn the chops over and cook 2 minutes. Put the chops in a baking dish and sprinkle with the rest of pepper and salt. Bake them 15 minutes. Remove them and put them on a plate with aluminium to keep them warm. Serve.
No matter how you cook the pork chops, all recipes are succulent. All methods are easy, rather quick and gives a tasty pork chop menu.
Oven baked pork chops is still the easiest way to cook them. If you don’t know how long you should bake pork chops, try to taste the inside of the pork with a knife : you will fill a smooth and juicy meat. 15 to 20 minutes is the average time to cook them.
